This Privacy Policy explains how PREN Real Estate (“PREN Real Estate,” “the platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and safeguards information across this website and the PREN platform at app.prenrealestate.com.
PREN Real Estate does not provide real estate brokerage services. This policy does not govern information you send directly to an independently owned brokerage.

Which information this policy covers
Information reaches different businesses depending on where you submit it. This policy covers only the first three categories below.
1. Platform inquiries submitted to PREN Real Estate
Messages sent through the contact forms on this website — platform information, technology, PABON Method, Academy, brand resources, media, and general business inquiries. Covered by this policy.
2. Platform-user account information
Account and business information entered into the PREN platform by a brokerage and the personnel it authorizes, including records, contacts, transactions, and documents the brokerage chooses to store there. Covered by this policy, and also governed by our agreement with that brokerage.
3. PREN Academy information
Enrollment details, course progress, and materials associated with educational and business-development content. Covered by this policy.
4. Information sent directly to PREN Elite
Anything you submit to PREN Elite — property inquiries, home valuations, representation requests, agent affiliation applications. Governed by that brokerage's own privacy notice, not this one.
5. Information sent directly to another independent brokerage
Anything you submit to any other independently owned brokerage listed or linked from this website. Governed by that brokerage's own privacy notice, not this one.
PREN Real Estate does not control how an independent brokerage handles brokerage-client information after it is submitted directly to that brokerage, subject to applicable agreements and privacy laws. Direct questions about that information to the brokerage responsible for it.
Information we collect
When you submit a platform inquiry form, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, brokerage name, state, and the contents of your message. When a brokerage and its authorized personnel use the PREN platform, we collect the account and business information they enter. When you access PREN Academy content, we collect enrollment and progress information. We collect this information only when you or your brokerage choose to provide it.
Connected Google and Microsoft accounts
The PREN platform lets a platform user connect their own Google (Gmail) or Microsoft (Outlook) account so they can send email from PREN that goes out from their own address, and—only if they turn it on—save new contacts they add in PREN to their Google or Outlook address book. When you connect an account, you sign in with your provider and grant these permissions directly; PREN never sees or stores your email password. We request only the access needed for these features: permission to send email as you, permission to read and write your contacts, and your basic profile and email address so we can show which account is connected. You can disconnect an account at any time from your PREN settings, which revokes PREN’s stored access token for that account.
How we use Google user data (Limited Use)
PREN’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features described above—sending email as you and, at your option, saving your contacts. We do not sell Google user data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. We do not transfer Google user data except as necessary to provide or improve these features, to comply with applicable law, or in connection with a merger or acquisition with appropriate consent. The same limitations apply to data we access from connected Microsoft accounts.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiries, to provide platform technology and educational resources, and to operate, secure, and improve the PREN platform. We do not use your information for purposes unrelated to the reason you shared it without your consent.
Who sees your information
Platform inquiry information is accessible to authorized PREN Real Estate personnel. Information entered into the platform by a brokerage is accessible to that brokerage and the people it authorizes. We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate this website and the platform (such as hosting and database providers), only as needed to provide their services to us, or where required by law.
Data retention and security
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Access tokens for connected Google and Microsoft accounts are stored securely and are deleted when the account is disconnected. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You may request that we update or delete the personal information you have shared with us, subject to any legal obligations we have to retain it, and you can disconnect any linked Google or Microsoft account at any time from your PREN settings. For information you submitted directly to an independent brokerage, contact that brokerage.
