Brokerage responsibility for compliance

Each independently owned brokerage using or appearing on the platform is responsible for complying with applicable federal, state, and local fair housing requirements.

Reporting a concern

Complaints or questions involving brokerage services should be directed to the brokerage responsible for those services. You may also report concerns to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) at hud.gov/fairhousing.
