About PREN
PREN exists because I know what it feels like to be handed a license and a dozen disconnected tools with no real playbook for turning them into a business — and I built the network I wish I'd had.
The problem
A CRM here, a transaction platform there, a separate tool for marketing, another for training, one more for compliance. New agents and brand-new broker-owners get dropped into that maze and told to figure it out on their own. It’s a lot for one person — and most of the day gets spent stitching software together instead of serving clients and growing a business.
Why I built it
I’ve worked this business as a broker, a mortgage loan officer, and an insurance professional, so I’ve seen the whole ecosystem from the inside. I know the late nights spent piecing tools together, the questions no one prepared you to answer, and how quickly a new agent can feel underwater. PREN is my answer to all of it: the structure and support I wish someone had handed me.
