PREN is designed to serve independently owned and operated real estate brokerages while allowing each brokerage and its qualifying broker to retain responsibility for licensed activities, personnel, operations, transactions, and consumer relationships.

PREN Real Estate does not provide real estate brokerage services. PREN Real Estate does not represent buyers or sellers, list real estate, negotiate real estate transactions, hold escrow funds, supervise real estate licensees, approve contracts, set brokerage commissions, employ or affiliate real estate agents, manage independently owned brokerages, or provide brokerage services.
Brokerages using PREN remain independently owned, licensed, supervised, and operated by their respective owners and qualifying brokers.
